Definitions

class teacher is a person who provides education for learners

child or children are users of the website under the age of 13 years old.

learner is a user of the website who can either be a child or older than 13 years old.

operator means any person who operates a website or an online service and collects or maintains personal information from or about the users of the website or online service which is being operated for commercial purposes.

parent means the biological parent of the child or the legal guardian.

website means any website,  mobile or desktop application that offers our services.

Parent of children using our website can review the personal information that their child has submitted, have the information deleted or refuse to permit it to be collected.
